Hello everyone!

This is probably the last DevLog before announcing the release date of Ch.2 Part B! Let's look at the current status of the update.

🥭Status of Ch.2 Part B

I'm fairly confident in the script's current state; fewer and smaller changes are likely to be required at this point, which is great!

We're getting close to the end of the rendering process, which is also great! Rendering is by far the most time-consuming. I can certainly say that the update will have more than 1000 renders... most likely in the 1200 range. As I previously stated, the script length was already significant, and I tried (and continue to try) to keep the render count efficient... with varying degrees of success.

Nothing to say about the animations; the percentage increased because I got to edit the ones that had already been completed. This will be the last thing I finish, along with polishing the game.

🥭Thoughts on Ch.2 Part B

What can I say about it? A lot has happened in the past few months. It's been a mental challenge for me to push this update through, but it's closer than ever!

I intend to flesh out the characters as they appear on screen. Ch.2 Part B attempts to focus more on that. What does that mean? It means that some scenes are quite dialogue-heavy. You've been warned!😉
